Mention is a platform for connecting businesses, creators, streamers, and bloggers. We are not responsible for the quality of services, fulfillment of agreements, or any conflicts between users.
The application is strictly intended for persons aged 18 and older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
Mention has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user, content, behavior, or activity related to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in such activities will be immediately blocked, and appropriate law enforcement agencies will be notified.
Mention maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing any content that is hateful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. Any content or user violating these terms will be removed or blocked immediately.
Users have the ability to report objectionable content, spam, or abusive users directly within the application. Furthermore, users can block unwanted accounts to prevent further interaction. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, including banning violators, within 24 hours.
The cost of publishing an ad and TOP services is fixed and non-refundable. Payment is made for the selected period (10 days for publication or 24 hours for TOP).
App users are solely responsible for sharing personal data, including bank card numbers, in private messages. The platform is not responsible for the misuse of such data by third parties.
The application reserves the right to block accounts that violate community rules or terms of service immediately and without explaining the reasons.
We value your privacy.
We process your name, email, social media links, and profile information to ensure the platform functions correctly.
Data is used exclusively for the operation of the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Firebase (our technical partner) may collect only anonymized technical data for analytics.
You can delete your account in the settings at any time. Upon doing so, all your data will be completely removed from our database.
